Please note that TikTok returns are exclusive to the TikTok Shop. The return procedures outlined here are solely for website orders.

 

Exchanges Made Easy

If you're looking to exchange your item for a different size or colour, we've got you covered. We happily process exchanges without any additional shipping costs to you. Just keep in mind:

• The exchange falls within the 14-day policy.
• The product is unused and undamaged.
• You possess the receipt or proof of purchase.
• You're a UK customer; international exchanges are not accepted.
• Exchanges from purchases made via TikTok Shop are not applicable.

Products meeting these criteria are eligible for exchange. However, exchanges must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order through the provided link.

Note: Clearance items are not eligible for exchange.

You are responsible for covering shipping costs for item exchanges, and these costs are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Cancellation Policies

Once an order is placed, we cannot cancel it. Our fulfillment center promptly begins processing orders, making it physically impossible to halt dispatch. This policy also applies to cancellations on our TikTok Shop.
